seven exciting products
This new utensil line opens up a realm of possibilities to be used in a culinary ambit and not only... It is causing an even greater stir than Raffaele Iannello's former products, such as the famous Voodoo/TheEX knife holder, which has also been on display at the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art and nominated cool gift of the year by numerous magazines, including TIME Magazine in the US. Squeezers or paper towel holders in silicon, with sleek and sensual forms, suggest 'creative' uses for common products targeted at general consumers, purportedly bored housewives or young single career women. Other products in the same collection, for example potholders, are designed for a mostly male audience, who will certainly enjoy grasping hot pots and pans by 'squeezing' anatomical appendices. Which, as often happens in reality, are also in this case made of silicon. Instead the jars line has been created using different materials. The jars are made of shatterproof glass, while the lids are in plastic material. The top 'knob' is in soft silicon and it grows when you grab it to open the container... a sensation that surely most people are familiar with. The collection (produced by CSB Commodities, Inc.) currently includes:
